You Can Expect a Large Increase in Qualified Leads at Trade Shows“Utilizing CHOPS in a total marketing package can double or triple the amount of qualified leads.”
Interactive avatars’ success can be measured with facial recognition software to count the number of smiles in the audience. When that’s not available, exhibitors can see double and triple their usual trade show lead generation results and producers can tell when they’ve achieved “Buzz.” On social media, comments and likes show up prolifically.
Immediate buzz is created as people talk about how the interaction makes them feel about themselves and the brand. Since these feelings are new to them, they feel compelled to discuss the experience with their friends and share the conversations socially.
Having the avatar or a pair of avatars as performers in a trade show booth along with eye-catching visual displays provides an ongoing presentation that can be seen and heard, and attendees can easily engage with the avatars and booth staff.
And every now and then, we see the most flattering form of approval – when a corporate exec takes over the controls of the avatar himself. For example, on the right, Greenway’s Matt Pierce works the Digital Puppeteer controls to try out his own style of entertaining and drawing people in. The system is easy to use and Matt quickly learned to operate “Christo” at the HIMSS 2013 trade show.
