Pixe LLC, the Maryland-based start-up and developer of smart social promotion solutions, announces that it has partnered with CHOPS & Assoc. Live Animation and Exhibit City News to provide a photo booth solution in Booths 876/777 at EXHIBITOR2014 in Las Vegas, Nevada during March 16 – 20, 2014. EXHIBITOR Show is the leading annual event for trade show and corporate event professionals.

Pixe will provide the iPads and app technology in the combined CHOPS/ECN Booth, enabling visitors to photograph themselves with ECN Eddie, the interactive virtual anchorman. ECN Eddie will pose in a “Kodak Moment” with visitors who want to share their first-time experience with others, speaking with a cartoon on a screen and having it talk back.


Photos taken with ECN Eddie in the CHOPS/ECN Booth will be instantly shared on CHOPS’ and ECN’s Facebook pages, as well as tweeted with their live web event hashtag #ECNLive, from the event. At the same time, users will also be provided with the option to share their photo on their own social media networks.

In an exciting contest, CHOPS and ECN will give away a GoPro sports video camera to the photo booth user who receives the most likes for their photo on Facebook by midnight of March 30, 2014. Second place winners will receive $100 Apple Store Gift cards (or the equivalent) and third place winners will receive $50 Apple Store Gift cards (or the equivalent). Winners will be announced vie email and Facebook on April 4th.

Deeply integrated with Facebook and Twitter in real-time, Pixe Social will enable attendees and businesses to share their love for the live avatars demonstrated at Exhibitor 2014, as well as their continued loyalty with Exhibit City News, the trade show industry’s only newspaper, with thousands of other people on leading social media.

The CHOPS/ECN visitors who participate will be able to get a copy of their photo via email, giving them an easy means to share their photos with their own fan and friends.


Pixe will also be showcasing Pixe Social in Booth 1085 on the exhibits floor and the company is a major sponsor of Exhibitor 2014, with a green-screen shooting area at the entrance to the show. Pixe will be offering a free trial of its one-of-a-kind social marketing solution to the first fifty businesses to sign up by visiting its booth at the event.
